I bought a 2nd server today but the server doesn't seem to allow anyone to load into it, anytime you try to join it it comes up with connecting failed unknown error, there was a message saying that it would take time for some things to be available but its been six hours and the message was removed over 3 hours ago yet we still cant access it, the files for the server are accessible on the website but just cant join it in game, ive tried re installing it multiple times and even not changing any of the files just the name

UPDATE; its now been 24 hours since ive paid for the server and yet its still not accessible nor have I had any reply to the support ticket I posted either, have tired reinstalling it again today and still nothing, even tried leaving the name as the default nitrado name so nothing at all would be changed and yet still no access
How long ago did you make the support ticket? Tickets are answered in the order they're received and can take up to 24 hours to be answered.

Give it a time, Although 24hrs is their standard reply sometimes I can imagine overwhelmed request, they get reply eventually

Maybe there are influences in callcenters and hotlines because of Corona.
Please have that in mind and be understanding.

You are right, in the past I rented a DayZ Mod Exile server who was never be able to run and to join because Nitrado had an error in installation files ( it were Arma 3 serverfiles and I was able to fix the problem myself to get Exile running)
Shit happens.
I am sure Nitrado will give you some extra days when they fixed the problem, they did in the past as far I remember.
I hope the support will answer soon to solve your problem.
