Could not retrieve address - ark

Have been trying to load extinction on a unofficial pc session. Every time I try to join extinction it gives me an error saying “could not retrieve address”. I do own the map and talked to server owner and he said it wasn’t a problem on their end. Any way to fix this?

I play on Xbox but the server is on an unofficial pc session. My whole tribe can play every map in cluster besides abberation and extinction
