Finally got a server but its not working

Just purchased a new server and it keeps starting and stopping anyone know a solution? Starting to become a bit annoying

I got a server 3 days ago, mine has been starting and restarting since day 1. This is beyond frustrating at this point. I am seeking a full refund. This is a joke.

Have you both tried to do a fresh server install since it is a new server? If this doesnt work you will have to go through support and have them take a look at it.
