Unable to connect to server "Could not retrieve server address"

As the title says, can't connect to my server. I get a "could not retrieve server address" message. Have restarted server several times and restored a backup save. Was working fine about 4 hours ago around 2:30.

Same thing happening to me, however I just bought this new server to add to our cluster. Haven't heard back from Nitrado, getting really pissed.

Sorry you are having issues. I have heard of no issues currently.

Appears you already did what would have been suggested.

Please contact Nitrado Support by creating a ticket, or calling them during open skype hours.

Include Game/Platform, Error logs if any, and all things you have already done. ie: Forcestop, restart, install from backup, etc.
