I currently use this method to restart my server.

it works fine normally but sometimes the server simply doesnt reboot again and stays offline. is there a way to make like a emergancy start.
something like: if server=offline then <start> else do nothing

The code look fine, One thing I do is to schedule restart from Nitrado Dashboard at 2am 4am & 6am as Fail Safe, the server do get stopped automatically sometimes and it's normal, Having a schedule restart feature on Dashboard prevent this from Happening
It is not normal for a server to not come back up. This has been an issue with dayz or Nitrado for a few months now and still no fix!
Is it stuck on restart loop? or it shows server is started but not showing on list?
Try to restore from last backup
no dude it sometimes will have a scheduled restart and server will stop SOMETIMES... This is with a lot of server owners not just me... Why would I restore when its a server wide issue? Thats just really bad advice!

That makes it much clear your question, I do notice the server random stopped issue, not sure what the cause of the issue but a schedule restart from Dashboard helps, Myself using BOT via API to verify handshake and if stopped to auto restart, Hopefully Bohemia will come up with solution of random shutdown issue
