Hello,
It's simply cause Nitrado only Host Conan Exile for PC.
If you (or another customer) buy a Conan Exile server and they think it's on PS4. The you must send immediatly a ticket to the support at this : Support | nitrado.net
And ask for a refund. Thanks you.
