Question about mods, plugins, and server managers

So I am wanting to add a teleportation system on my server but not really sure how to do it. I found how to add mods with Filezilla but nothing about adding teleportation into the game. Somthing with either /base or /home and maybe /warp

Try using a Server Manager or just the built-in command tp -> klick (using tp instead of teleport should work fine)
