Genesis Server Stopping, taking 2 hours and pending

Pressed Stop on my server two hours ago and its still in the process of stopping.

Roughly on average how long does this last for? I submitted a ticket and got a auto response saying it this issue has, been happening a while.

If so, will we be able to play ark today or next few days? I've had 3 seperate server issues now with Nitrado, causing days of gameplay to be missed while I'm paying for a service that at this time isn't functioning.

3 hours now.

close to. Had it about 15 days now.

Had issues with it since I got it, I got a automated response saying it may even take days. Wondering if it's the same for everyone.

4 and a bit hours. Zero response atm, doubtful I'm gonna get a response today.

I expressed all this in my ticket. Guess nobody on my server is playing Ark today.

Recommend nobody resetting or Stopping their servers.

Still on Amber and says Shutting down still atm.
