Same issue here. All servers in my cluster are affected. We have all maps except SE. Attempts to join by any player fails.

Sorry that you are having issues.
If they are still out of service, and you have tried the force shutdown/restart with no resolution please contact Nitrado Support.

Could not connect to my new server either. Neither could a friend.
But I also cannot connect to any of the Dedicated Ark servers either.
I have submitted a ticket and awaiting a response. I have reset the server, reinstalled the server software for Ark, performed a hard reset on my Xbox, hard reset on my internet, assigned a new static IP to the Xbox, try different DNS settings and etc to no avail. Let the waiting game begin.

The issue should be resolved at this time. Please if you're still having a connection issue make sure to submit a support ticket.

Note that there are a larger number of folks that cannot connect to any Wildcard, Nitrado, or other Ark servers. Keep in mind that this is NOT a Nitrado issue.

Issues here as well. Been over an hour since I've have been able to get into the server.
Submitted a support request as well. If the process remains the same, I won't hear back until tomorrow. Assuming I hear back at all.

I was playing and then i lagged out of the server and my other 2 buddies eventually had the same thing happen. we now cant join even though i have already tried to restart the server a few times. Whats going on Nitrado??? i know this happened a little under a year ago on the east side of the us. Is it the west side's turn?? Anyway we can get this fixed ASAP?

I'm just going to assume you haven't noticed the 19 gig update for Ark, this means Nitrado also needs to update, it's not broken it's updating.

My Ark and server are both updated. I have contacted Nitrado and they have told me it is fixed, when it is not. Don't tell me I'm wrong when everyone is having this issue

I cant even get the server to start. It is stuck at server stopped. When i try to start it, it just goes back to server stopped.

can some one help me . i started a new server yesterday , everything is ok on nitrado app . the server is started . i never been able to log in . i can see it in the server list . enter my pass , and then , the loading start ans stop 30 sec with this message ,,: cannot retrieve address. what can i do . 28 days left and i never see the grass .
