Server crashing every ten or so minutes and now files are corrupted.

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    i Have hired a server here now over a week ago. Since the moment we hired the server we only have had problems. Our 7 days to die server would crash every ten or so minutes and would randomly proceed to restart without notice. We contacted customer support a week ago and in typical nitrado fashion have never hearth from then. We have written complaints to support desk and again no answer. By now we are sick of waiting and will just leave to another capable provider.

  • Yes i received a message stating they have gotten my support ticket and i have contacted 2 different nitrado pages through messenger. gave them multiple days to respond and still on every occasion i am just being ignored. I have had problems in the past where they did reply but never really fixed the problem rather passed them back to me after taking a brief look at it.
    i don't feel like wasting anymore time or money so i won't contact them anymore.

    they just lost again another customer by neglecting their support.
