So i recently bought a server me and a couple of friends could start playing on. However every time either one of us tries to join, we get a connection timed out. Any way to fix this or is there something i missed?

Since it's a new server have you tried a server reinstall? If this doesnt work the best thing would be to context support

I am having the same issue I have reinstalled it 5 times. The server is clearly running but cant get on at all I have been messing with it for 6 hours today. It has to be something on nitrados end. I submitted a ticket on it but it appears responses to tickets are a week or more out. What a waste of money and time.

Murderouswill I know response time are showing than normal. They're working through the tickets as quickly as they can. It will get answered please make sure to voice your concerns when your ticket is answered.
