We have the same problem on our Valguero_P. All flyers with cant be mounted.
Just turn on: Genesis - allow flying creaturs in settings / general. - if you using nitrados web interface
And you can fly again.

I came here to post this same fix. I changed that same setting earlier this morning and flying worked again after a restart.
