    When a server is purchased, it is instant. Not knowing what you purchased and how we are unable to provide a clear answer.

    If you were wanting a XBox server, you would purchase through the MS Store as the web message pops up during a purchase. If you applied money to your web account here at Nitrado in hopes to use it for a XBox, that will not work.


    You may want to provide the following: Server Type, Game, and clearer description of your issue.

    Hi thanks... I play DayZ on Xbox... I went into nitrado app on my Xbox... selected 30 days 10 slots... selected London... and paid... payment has left account.. I have email from Microsoft... confirming purchase of nitrado server... 10 slots.. purchased thru the store... that was 22 feb.. ..

    Sorry for lack of info.. any help would be great... the nitrado app on my phone still says no servers rented.. ??

    right now I’m in the app on Xbox... servers tab.. it’s prompting me to go to orders screen.. I go to order screen.. it’s expecting me to purchase again.. as if I haven’t already...

    I’ve not had this problem before when I have rented for DayZ (original map) or for ark... not sure what’s happened or what other info I can give.. apart from order number on email

    hey I have a message saying you guys are sorting restarting issues on servers ? Mines been fine can I still go into mine and adjust all my files etc as i need too make adjustments or will mine stop working also if i stop it ? Cheers
