I've the same problem in Pc version. Just bought one server at Nitrado and only visible in community not in public...
i open a ticket yesterday night but if you had a solution i want it

Your rented server is a community server.
It’s public if no password is set.
Maybe you have mixed public with official?

I don’t know exactly, but as far as I remember you have to contact Bohemia Interactive and the servers have to match several specifications.
I don’t think it’s possible.

Public servers are hosted by Bohemia, It has standard & centralized CLE, You can't make your private servers as Public servers, Self owned servers can only be made as Community server
