Serious DayZ Xbox server issue

Hello

I own a DayZ xbox private server and i can't play on it. I can barely join and when it does let me join i cannot loot anything and zombies are frozen in place and doors refuse to open.

The annoying part is i can join and play on every single other DayZ nitrado private server fine with ZERO issues except for the one im paying for.

Also my friends can join and play on my private dayz xbox server effortlessly and are not having any of the issues i've listed above.

I have also tried joining with an ALT account and still experience these issues, again it's only my server i've rented that these issues happen. I can play on every other private nitrado dayz xbox server without issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated

If this is a brand new server have you tried a fresh server reinstall? This will erase backups so only if its new. If this doesnt work you will most likely need to submit a support ticket and have support take a look at it for you

Yes this new server was bought yesterday and i have tried 2-3 times to completely reinstall the server. I'll try a ticket, thanks
