Can't join my server

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

    This issue unfortunately has to be handled by one of our technicians the best thing to do with this issue is to call them during their open hours depending on your location. Explain to them the issue and they should be able to move your server to a different cluster. That's usually the best fix for the cannot retrieve address error.

    What did you already tried in order to resolve the issue? Basic things you can try:
    - Go to "settings" -> "General" and klick "Default settings". With that you reset all your settings one time. Now only change the name of the server and restart it.
    - Reinstall you server completly unter the option "Reinstall" in your webinterface. Change the name afterward in order to be able to see the server.

    - Check if you can join other servers with the same map installed
