Is it just pinging for you at that rate? If so, try rebooting your router.

If it is happening to everyone, could be a HW issue or network issue.

Yes, that is a common issue. I wish we could put a stop to that. Its why I set the dino limits low for tribes. Then increase as needed. And know who is playing.
