Hello, Im fairly new to nitrado and just over all putting up a server.
I've already purchased a server for Ark Survival Evolved.
It's been about two days now and I've tried what I can, but so far
the IP that we try to connect to has been saying "Not responding"
I'd like some help figuring out how to fix this.

Did you take the IP and +1 on the port when connecting? That is what you are suppose to do as that is a query port.
