Server won't start properly

Hey!

Just installed my new Tekkit server, and now it's sort of stuck on a loop of restarts?

This message shows up:

Sun 16 Feb 2020 03:59:23 PM UTC mcrtek2 Restarted ni1106758_1 more than 10 times in a row. There seems to be something very wrong. Stopping it...

Any ideas of what might cause this and how to fix it?

Just tried installing Tekkit 1.2.9g instead, the issue still remains
