My ark server is stuck in a restart loop and after i force stop it and start it back up, it goes back into the loop

I have the same problem for my Xbox PC server, clicked restart to do update and now it's stuck in a constant restart loop.

Just got off the phone with their tech support. It is a large scale issue they are working on at the moment. Their estimated time to fix it is approximately an hour as of 2:35 EST. It is not the result of user error (no shit..) but the result of their .. I'll be nice. In any case, all we can do is wait a little bit and try again. Sucks but it is what it is...

the issue should be resolved if it's still restarting constantly I would suggest submitting a support ticket
