I Bought a 20 slot and so far only play by myself in the server. Every 24 hours the server becomes unplayable due to lag, desynch and or crashing every ten minute of game play. I have a brand new xbox one x and a great connection. I have not edited any settings. The only way to fix it is to (reinstall) wipe the server. 
On my dashboard it says the cpu and ram are maxed out even though nobody is in the server....!!

You may want to contact Nitrado Support and submit a ticket. Perhaps asking to have the server swapped.

To be fair, this is a "Community Support Forum" which means gamers/admins like yourself help each other, come up with suggestions. Yes, some decide to rant which is ok as long as it is professional and within the forum rules. You have been provided direction from a Moderator. This is all that I am able to do for you at this time.

On my dashboard it says the cpu and ram are maxed out even though nobody is in the server....!!Hey mate, it seems like it's more than just your server. We're experiencing awful desync and our users are unable to play.
Sounds like a typical Nitrado problem that they won't help individually with, they'll come up with a patched solution and announce it once all servers are fixed.

You mentioned It happened every 24 hours, Is your server US Based? If yes ensure it's on NY node as it's the best, If it's based on NY and you're experiencing this issue then submit a ticket to have the node moved to another server, You will get a new IP and hopefully that will fix the issue
