Once again friend, we are royally screwed. Think i'm going to ask for a refund. I don't think we've gone a single week without issues since we launched our server 6 months ago. I'm tired of it.

Customer service states they are aware of the issue, and can't give me an ETA on resolve

Weirdly enough I was playing with 5 friends about 10 minutes ago but my server restarted and now I'm stuck in the same loop. Wish they had better communication about things like this happening

Haven't heard any official statement. Haven't been able to access our control panel or server for a few hours. I'm tired of this hosting company.

I did, they release an statement after it's been addressed. Hours later, not good enough.
