hello i just bought my 32 slot server less then 24hrs ago finished my settings confirmed my email and shut down waited restarted and idk y it wont work but ive tried everything only got a couple days off pplease help it seems stuck in a resart loop or contuinoiusly stopping even with force start and stop

Sorry you're having a restart loop issue. You can try a fresh install to see if this corrects the issue. If it diesnt you will most likely have to submit a support ticket
The only thing you can uninstall on your xbox is the game itself. There is nothing related to server on your xbox at all

Tickets can take up to 24 hours to be worked on. I do not have access to your servers or account on here.
unfortunately if you tried everything I suggested you will most likely need to wait for the support ticket to be looked at.
The other thing you can try is moving it to a different location. And yes, once you move it, and wanted to move it back you can. Just note you want to do that rather soon cause when you move you run a high risk of losing backups. But being this is a new server you probablyw ill be ok.
So 'move' server say to LA. Then try moving it back to NY. Just be patient when moving cause it can take several minutes. You do this in the webUI/panel.
