Day 3 of this so called fix error. Cannot Retrieve Address error, its happening to a handful of people trying to connect to my server on xbox. I called the support today and their solution was to give them 15 minutes to work on the server before starting it up. So 15+ minutes goes by and start the servers, I got in and the servers seem significantly more laggy and more people are telling me they are getting the error again.

Yeah it's getting old fast. Always a problem and always some generic political answer as it fails to get resolved for days or weeks. I work a lot throughout the week, and go figure on the weekend when I can play with my kids... the hosting has issues.
It's hard to believe Nitrado is the official host for ARK... uptime is everything in your business guys.
