Server does not exist

Hi . I have a problem. I have one server in Xbox One and i can play in my PC by Xbox Gamepass ...

The probleme is , I can't join my server with my xbox one... The game say "Server does not exist" ... Please help

It would be nice, so that users can orientate themselves by this post if they should have this difficulty once.
