Imprinting still broken

So I've messed with a few settings as an effort to fix this annoying bug and I still can't fix it. I have players telling me that no matter what, they are only getting 1% per imprint, or even sometimes 0% and it is really pissing me and my players off. A fix would be cool because none of the other threads seem to have a fix.

Man I have sent messages to support and haven't heard a thing from them now a week, its not going to be fixed the best part of the game is now completely broken- so after this month I am ceasing all servers not wasting money on this anymore Nitrado knows this was server side. But have yet to even do anything about it

So is this just not something that needs answering? Because no one has responded to this but others have received assistance.

The only thing I can suggest at the moment it to make a support ticket about the Imprinting or call the hotline during their open hours.

Yeah it's no help. I submitted a ticket and I got told nitrado can't do anything.
