Ark Sever stuck on infinite loop wont start up

My server randomly crashed when me and a friend were on it and now its been restarting for ages and wont start up at all. force closed it and started but still nothing any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you spawn anything in when it crashed? Reapers will crash servers. Also if you didn't spawn anything in and you force stopped and that didn't work.

You can either reinstall the server only if it's a NEW server. Or you can submit a support ticket and explain to them the issues you're having with the restarting.
