I tried to spawn a reaper on my ark server, the server completely crashed on rag, tried to restart and now it’s in a constant restarting phase. Trying to have a event on Saturday and idek if the server will be able to get back up by then

Spawning a reaper is a known bug/issue on server maps. It is not recommended. Steam/WC Forums have many posts about this.
The quickest way to get your server online is simply do a restore of a recent backup before the crash.
