Server won’t start

So my Pixark server is in a restart loop and then randomly stops. I just paid for the service about an hour ago! Please help! New York server.

Sorry you're having a restart issue. You can try to reinstall the server since its brand new and a force stop of the server on the web interface. If these dont work you will have to submit a support ticket.

I have done exactly that and got in contact with support is there anything else i could possibly try and kick this thing in the butt to get it working?

also how long does it take for support to get back to a ticket?

Tickets are picked up in the order in which they are received. We quote up to 72hrs depending how the queue is.

You could try moving it to another location to get it up, they try to move it back.

I have done that.

I’m not sure how to go about doing that. I’m new to the whole server renting thing. I have a ARK server that runs beautifully but can’t seem to get this one on par.
