Renting servers from Nitrado?

Dear forum members,

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. • Had a few questions to ask pertaining to this company. Edit: this is for Ps4

    1. Is Nitrado the only way to go about renting a server for me and my friends?
    2. Is it a safe/reliable place (my card info and such) to engage in?
    3. Anyone have any experience in doing business with them? Are you satisfied with this company?
    4. Should I be apprehensive due to the idea that my server could be shut down by wild card for any given reason?

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hello and welcome to the forums.

First question no there are other places but nitrado is top of line with these servers.

Second question. I've rented through Nirado for a long time and have never had a single issue regarding my credit card or information.

Third question. I've had nothing but great service from them. If you have any issues there is always something right here willing to help and get you through the process quickly and easily.

Fourth question. Nitrado is not wild card they are just a server hosting company.

  • Nitrado seems to offer limited options with regards to some game servers so it may depend on what you want to run. Their web interface is very basic. You really need to use an FTP connection to be able to manage the server.

They use an established processor for CC payments so I see no issues there.

So far my experience with Nitrado has been mixed. Not bad but mixed.
