What other code have you used inside you or under engine settings? Have you tried removing the level override and then doing a mind wipe. Also what is your end goal with the ramp override as well?

I use expert mode, so I use ramp override to make my character 105 and have it instantly max level as you probably already know. It worked fine and I haven't made any other recent changes and no I haven't tried removing the override and mindwiping, could that possibly fix this issue though? Thanks.
its worth a shot. You could always crank up the xp earned if it still acting up. Leave the gathering rates the same but boost the xp earned from them, like killing xp crafting and leveling xp. Then make engrams auto unlock. You should be able to get to level 105 really quickly this way too if the ramps are acting up.
