Since the update that just occurred even with the cross play feature enabled, my PC players are unable to connect to my server with a message saying "Host does not allow cross play with your platform". Cross play has been working fine until this update and the settings haven't changed. Any help is appreciated.

Also just realised that our server has just been wiped too.

I took drastic action and rolled server back 1 hour to 6:32... my server is back again thank god! I am not waiting around for replies or updates as the game will continue to overwrite the existing save database

Yes, anytime you get a wipe after a release from WC- they recommend to do a recovery. Not sure why the wipes happen, but they do and seems to be random who it affects. And among different hosting companies.

I cannot join any of my servers from win10 either.

The backup has sorted the wipe however the cross play feature is still broken.

Shut down your servers untill its fixed? thats the only thing i can think of to save dinos starving out.

We aware of the cross play it's being looked at right now.

Your dinos are not going to starve. For one by default it takes a bit until they really start starving depending on your settings. Also ARK has a thing called stasis. If no one goes in the area, it freezes/stops. I have had dinos with no activity int he area for like 2 weeks and no change.
The issue I would be more worried about is if you uploaded anything to the obs since that is time dependent that still tics.
so sure, if you want to be entirely safe a server shutdown may work for some.

I know this is probably a hard question to answer but what would be an expected ETA to resolve the crossplay issue? hours? days? weeks? Only just purchased my server today and not off to a great start since I can't access it to set everything up before I send out the details to everyone.

Hi thanks yes I've seen that message its just says you know of the issue no eta or any idea why windows 10 players still cannot join Xbox servers. Plus twitter or that message doesn't really give any information or update to be fair.

They will update there if anything new to provide.
