I have a player account that is "stuck". Something happened when crossing between B1 and C1 - the character ended up disconnected. I've tried restarting the servers, even replacing the servers, even restoring from backup (it was shortly after the backup was made).
None of has resolved the issue. I've been trying to figure out how with Admin Commands to delete the Player Profile from the cluster, as the Player says they'll just start over (I can always give them their Company back etc.)
Anyone know how to do this on the Xbox servers? OR, how to fix this error for the player?
I'm using the 3x3 Paradise Map, and have nine active servers in the cluster.
