Taming speed multiplier and stamina flying regen questions.

Had questions about both the taming speed multiplier and stamina flying regen. Anyone familiar with these settings? (Xbox sever also.)

what are you questions exactly? Taming speed is the speed at which a dino tames and stamina flyer regen is just if you chose to allow your flyer to regen stamina while flying but not moving.

Thanks for the response, my questions was on the web interface it says that "extreme" values for taming speed multiplier, can cause performance issues. My question was what is considered an "extreme" value? I put it on 4X and I haven't really noticed any problems, was just curious as to the "extreme" values are as I don't wanna screw up my server. Also with the flying stamina regen I have it selected and if I'm flying in a Dino and just start hovering, I will still burn stamina granted very slowly but no matter what in the air I never regen stamina with my flyer.
