Same here on my Xbox. Server's been messed up since Update happened, no one able to log in or play. The logs SAY we've logged in, but no one has actually gotten into the server. Error: Cannot run gameserverjob-restart in parallel. Another event of this type is currently running.

I logged in PS4 for maybe 10 minutes then server restarted for an update.
Now the web dashboard seems to be stuck in "A new update will be installed now". My support ticket also says.. resolved.

Issue should have been resolved.
If you have not got the update, please restart your server.
