loop restart of the server

    I need help because I don't know what to do anymore.

    After renting and installing the Arma3 server, we try to play with friends. The problem is that the server restarts in a loop and is never stable.

    After opening a ticket with NITRADO and looking at the logs, the mods used would be the source of the problem.

    Several tests were carried out:

    - same mission (enemy assault Altis by GHOST and coming from the workshop)

    - with mods / without mod / with aev cune part of the mods.


    The result is the same. The server restarts randomly (sometimes 3 or 4 times in a row, sometimes after 30 minutes.


    We no longer know what to do, especially since in the logs there are also mentioned a3 errors, such as :

    - "a3\characters_f\proxies\flag.p3d: No geometry and no visual shape"

    - "a3\data_f\krater.p3d: No geometry and no visual shape"

    - "a3\data_f\koule.p3d: No geometry and no visual shape".

    - "Warning: looped for animation: a3\anims_f_epa\data\anim\sdr\sdr\cts\hubcleaned\briefing\hubbriefing_loop.rtm differs (looped now 0)! MoveName: hubbriefing_ext"

    Yes please describe how you solved the problem beacouse after 2 months of using i had the same problems - sometimes server runing 3 days on the same mission without any problem on 50FPS ans sometimes it restarting after 5 minutes after players connect to it. I check the same mission with the same addons on my stationary Pc with dedicated serwer runing and it work wthout problems (the same files I copied to FTP on nitrado so only some EXe files from battleeye is no possibile to exchange on FTP - error when try to copy for example BEService_x64.exe (maybe it is some ftp limitation on server side to not copy exe files).

    arma 3 vanila server restarst alone all time aboàut 2,3 timle per day ,its start very annoying,we cant play PVP,my team not belive me,i pass for an idiot whoà not know how to run a serveur,when it will be fixed..how i want a commercial gesture ,its the minimul... when sent a ticvket tyhey ask me proof,but on my interface the restart log just record the restart i done manually..its full boring,cant play a PVP mission/mod...its about 15 days already every day..sometime restarting 1 time sometimes 5 times,it make run away people who starting to come regulary to play on my serveur and if not that problem i will have to rent more slot for next month,but now..i have to rent back in 3 day ,i will cant take more slot,i also look other serveur compagnie,because,no thread,no information,nothing.

    only 1 times i got a message directly on my interface thatg they know about the issue and that i have to click on the button if i want to be updated by any resolve..but its 10 days ago and i receive not any update and i repeat in ticket support ,they react like they not know about the problem .
