I purchased a server last night, however, it doesn't show up on either Win 10 and Xbox One. I have reset, restarted, stopped, reinstalled, and everything I could think of.
It's rather frustrating and I have a whole group of people wanting to get on and play.
I have sent in a support ticket, but I haven't heard anything back from Nitrado.
What could I do?

I'm having similar issues, I'm assuming it is a version issue, my game is 793.3 yet my server says it is running 793.2. Hope some one more knowledgeable can give some insight.
Sorry you're having some server issues. Have the servers shown up for you yet?
The issue currently seems to be the difference in release version of the Xbox1 version and the Windows 10 version, Xbox1 user can connect to the server but if you are on the Windows 10 version we are SOL until the update is pushed through, current community guessed ETA is 1 to 3 days.
So in other words we are paying for a service that we can not even use?
