I have a Pubbic Sever Basic, ear game is " 7 day to die" . Now, I want change game to ARK: Survival Evolved (pc). but I can't find it, only ARK Mobile. Can anyone guide me how to find and install ARk PC.?

To correct this issue you will need to upgrade you server to a public server from the basic server. Also what slot is your server you will have to make sure its over 10 slots for Ark PC

I upgraded my Public Advanced server to 10 slots as you have suggested, but Ark is still not appearing as an option to change to
I had Empyrion installed previously
Is there anything else I need to do?

The type of server for ARK is "Public Server Basic". Not Basic, nor EPS. During the purchase process it shows what games are available for that type of server.
