My Ark Server is hung, force-restart is doing nothing, sits at the "restaring server" message, however still show's on xbl/web interface as having 2 connected

If you use the webUI, after a few minutes an option will appear to "Force Shutdown". Do that, then restart.

same problem im on london server read somewhere thats down without an eta of when it will be back up

I've got the same problem.
Server crashed maybe 1hour ago. Still showing on PS4 ark server list but can't connect. Nitrado app messed around for maybe 15 mins, then I tried a restart which hung at "restarting"

Same problem, London UK server. After the slot increase was fixed, now this. A lot of pi**ed players.

ive got the same problem as well crashed an hour ish ago keeps saying 2 connect but wont get past the restarting bit its a london server too

same here, happened about 5 hours ago, fixed after an hour, and its now happening again. server stays listed even after force stop, cant restart or force restart. just stays listed and all my players are mad.

Well morning now and just tried starting my server and still same problem of wont restart has any one had a solution yet??
