Severe Lag/ping

Dear forum members,
for some time now we have been creating and maintaining new ways to help game server admins with questions and problems as quickly as possible, e.g. our Guides section and the Nitrado Community Discord.

Therefore, we inform you that the Nitrado Forum will be closed on March 31, 2023. We are consolidating our community support to our Discord channel, which is faster and more efficient. We have also seen incredible growth in our community due to the hard work of our moderators and our bots. We are confident that this move will ensure that we provide the best support possible for our users.

    my server is new (1 week now), and has been running perfectly fine since i started it. but today it has been extremely laggy, with a 255 ping all day. Restarting the server, even my console just to see if it was me (other players experiencing the same) had no effect.

    Settings should be fine, with no broken code in the ini's (as far as i can see).


    Could there be something on the backend/server location causing this problem?

    In the world i'm playing, it is also hosted here by nitrado. (PS4)


    We have the same problems, it's look that it is related with the last update, because it is after the last ark server update, that there are lot of blue screens by al players, lot of lags and lost of dino's in game, that the dino's die when we get a lag/freeze. happend last week 5 time's.
