I currently have one Xbox one / W10 server, I went to purchase another and all of the regions say they are not available. I have been trying for 3 weeks now.
Is this a sold out item, a bug or is it no longer offered?

I am having the same problem currently.
I haven't had a Nitrado server in a number of months now but I would like to rent a new one. After going through the Xbox app to order a new server just like I used to, the microsoft store takes me to a new screen that says:
"This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Nitrado"

We are aware of the issue is being worked on. As soon as I have an update I'll be sure to let you know.
Could you please try logging out of your account closing the app and resigning back in? Also if you have a windows 10 pc you can download the Nitrado app through the microsoft store and sign in that way.

i have tried all of these ideas i have 2 servers currently down for ark xbox and need to know u guys wont wipe the saves if u cant fix this in 6 days cause i cant afford to loose more players
