for a few hours now my ark ps4 server has been stuck in this restart loop, it started when i tried to install a backup and after that the server hasnt been able to restart please help

In your webUI panel Nitrado had sent a message that they were having issues.
That issue has now been resolved. If server is stuck, do a force shutdown.
If the issue continues, please contact Nitrado Support by submitting a ticket.
