As long as I'm compensated I'm calm just not a good issue to have as Admin as I've recently just resolved some issues. I can confirm however backups are working perfectly

Sorry you guys are having these wipe issues. I've made sure they know about it. If you haven't submitted a ticket yet please do so. Remember though tickets can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to be answered. Try to keep from making multiple tickets as well for the same issue
makes sense about it being UK. I can play on a friends community server, sure he's in the US though. They've tried moving my hardware, but so far the timeout error persists. Buddy can't get online either. The DayZ official servers all work fine though.

its day two of my 3 days of freedom from work, which we planned a private server marathon on DayZ. So far, barely a response. Changed the hardware, no effect. Radio silence for hours upon hours, this just isn't good enough. The irony is its only my wee 10-slot server. Huge servers, unaffected. Damnit my weekend is slipping away 🤬
It's affecting me quite a fair bit I have quite a huge community but me not being able to be online and recruit is bad, I've had to lockdown my server to specific people for days.
its just ridiculous and I've wasted so many hours refreshing that damn support ticket my eyes are going to drop off.
I can still play on official servers, but it kind of takes away the point of having a private server just for you and your buddies 😡

Few days wouldn't of bothered me, now though with this coming up to another week for me and it destroying my server & community each day that passes! I've spent endless nights working on and advertising this server and hitting nothing but walls constantly. It is not just the money it's the hard work and dedication I keep putting into growing a server.
To the best of my knowledge and after a few days of testing I would like to single down the cause of this issue as something network or connection related. All the problems point towards this being the main cause of the problem in my experience. Sometimes I can get on but it seems after no time it's like I'm a ghost in my own server and zombies and other players don't exist to me or you'll briefly see either and then they freeze up around the world and I'm able to walk around but no longer interact with anything. Please Nitrado contact us ASAP.

Have you submitted a ticket for this issue yet? If so which account did you make the ticket on?
Ticket has been submitted on this account, just frustrating as any other community server is working and this doesn't make sense.

When did you submit the support ticket just now or has it been in for a little while? Once the ticket is submitted it will take between 24 to 48 hours for an answer. I'll add the link as the hotline is most likely not open at the moment. You need to call during the open hours.
Seems to be a UK server issue.
Having same problems, only just rented the server on the PS4 on Sunday (wish I'd known then)
My server generally works if I'm solo, but if joining and my friend is playing then within the hour they, zombies and loot will either freeze or disappear and I cant interact with anything. Then those constant timeouts when trying load....
