Anyone else having issues connecting to their own servers? Was connection failed all night last night but fine for the rest of my community, today it let me in briefly this morning and now it's been loading half of the red load bar then goes to character screen and freezes for a few minutes to finally load me to main menu with "Warning You were kicked off the game. (Timeout) only doing this on my own server rest seem fine?? Maybe a London server issue? One other British guy in my lobby having same problems but many online.

Tried to switch server completely off for 15 to 20 minutes and a bunch of other things but nothing.

What did you rollback? Did it effect progress?

a rollback is using the website UI of your account of a backup. Yes, you lose all progress from that backup until now.

I'm having same problem have moved server twice for other issues getting really fed up now as paying money for this service so should not have to keep losing everything!!!!!

3rd day still can't get in my own server! I can't just rollback, I have other people playing so what's another solution?

Just done a server rollback from the backups and still same problem, 3rd day just so you guys know.

So ran a fresh account to the area my main accounts are logged out and hit the same problem again, looks like some kind of loading error honestly with the environment around these characters.

Me and some other guy being able to login and interact with one thing like open a door or pick up one item but after that we can't interact with anything.

I'm getting the same with my DayZ server. Tried all of above but still get timeout. Posted a ticket 3-4hrs ago but no response from Nitrado 😔

We have same problems with other players on our servers.. We have tried everything from rolback ect. Nothing seems to work..
All started when 2 servers got stuckt in a server restart loop from nowhere, fix one server from the loop, after 20 min the other start to the same 🤔 after that people get timeout or freze when joining.
Looks like alot of owners of server got same problem in same day, feels like its someting bigger that nitrado should look in to... Already have a ticket start woth nitrado

had reply you will have to reinstall game to your server using UI
only way I was able to play again rollback will not help it's a total wipe unfortunately 😭

Can we get confirmation on this Nitrado? When doing backup do you have to install database for that day also?

Had to wipe server to fix the issue.

I just wiped the server, it let me back in briefly but same issue again. At this point I don't know what to do.

Same London, doesn't matter restored server back to a recent date for everyone else. Just seems to be me having issues now, back to connecting failed.
