server crashed or something cant access it anymore

i try to go to my server but all i get is this "Cannot find web interface account"

My patience is been tested now i am unable to access the server this problem arouse after changing to 7 days to die. If the server can be change to a different game or at least allow access then that would be great but this may sound childish and make me sound like a dick but will have to use another server host if this continues.
