Server issues

it shouldn't say invalid password for admin stuff on ark. For admin password you do this in game on xbox you hit the pause button and hold X,Y,LB and RB. You should see a box that pops up that says request admin you then put that admin password in and it will change to admin command.

If you're getting invalid password you're trying to login to your server using that password they're two different things.
