"failed to retrieve address" Ark server Xbox

I’m having the same issue. I’ve restarted everything ( server, Xbox, and internet) twice.
I was looking to see if there was a quick fix on the forums but couldn’t find one.

I was looking for a fix as well and have also restarted everything a few times. Days are passing on the server but I cant log.

If you're still getting the cannot retrieve address error the best thing would be to submit a support ticket.

Make sure the ip and port of your server hasn't changed. I was having this problem and noticed my port had changed on the web client. Hope this helps!
