Cant find server in list then when connecting with the "connect to server" button getting an error

help please im not sure what to do

okay well i uninstalled and reinstalled ark but im still not seeing my server in the list of unoffical password protected servers. ive hosted one for xbox before and never had this issue. also to add to this still getting the same error as before do you happen to know another fix for game side error as well? ive played ark on the laptop before with no issues ive never seen this error before

i did validate both times i uninstalled and reinstalled still got the same error trying to uninstall and reinstall for the 3rd time now. 3rd times the charm right? lol but even still both me and my friend couldn't see the server listed anywhere that was joinable only way i got close to connecting was on the nitrado "connect to server" button

i think and old mod i had installed is what was giving me the original error so i've removed all of them and am fresh installing ark see if it fixes ill post again once its all said and done if im still having issues but thank you regardless

okay so i got the game itself working but im still having the issue of not seeing my server in the list i cant even add it as my favorite after joining through the "connect to your server" button on the nitrado website
