I was playing and suddenly lost connection to host and I checked my account on Nitrado, and my server doesn't even show up anymore. One is working fine, the other is just gone. The only message is shows is CANNOT FIND WEB INTERFACE ACCOUNT".

I have this issue as well. I tried on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Nothing works. I tried on a separate computer on a separate network, still nothing. Support doesn't even open for another few HOURS and is only open for 4 hours? WTF how do we get this fixed NOW? Tickets NEVER get read or responded to.

Please don't suggest this, as it has nothing to do with a bad cache on browser. Multiple users are reporting this and had their server die at the exact same time about an hour ago. It's a serious issue that needs fixed asap.

Do we have any other information on this? I have a server in my cluster that has been down for hours and crashed in the middle of an event. I've been renting servers from nitrado for a long time I would like to keep being a customer but I cant even access my server remotely at this point it has practically disappeared. Are we going to lose save progress or our server backups? Also this shouldn't just be tagged with xbox one considering this is also a PC problem and is across game types looks like you guys have a data center down.

The Forum visually does not allow you to see all tags on the forum in the top left as you see now. It already does have PC, XBox and PS4 tags.
And same update as of 43m ago.

This is also affecting mobile servers, my servers been down for hours, support said they are looking in to the “web interface problems” server shows up on safari and chrome but the app says I don’t even own a server.

It's definitely not the update. We have 2 service accounts with a total of 6 maps for our cluster. First account has 2 maps and 2nd account has 4. On the 1st account 1 of 2 servers is experiencing this problem, and on 2nd account 1 of 4 is having it.
From browsing the Nitrado forums for other games, multiple games are experiencing this problem, not just ARK. My guess is it's either an ISP problem, or hardware issue (maybe a drive in the RAID went bad or some other failure dealing with hardware )
