my ark survival evolved map has been stuck in a restart loop for the last 12 hours. I've raised a ticket but had no response.

Open the webinterface and after a few minutes, the "force stopp" button should appear. Press it and the server should stopp almost immediately.
Now you can restart the server.
If you have already tried this, im sorry, then you have to wait for the support to reply. Just in case you can't or don't want to wait, you can always call.
(Support tickets usually get answered within 24 to 48 hours)
